We perform our services with two Window Cleaning methods. The first one is the traditional window cleaning method, that is, by using non-scratch soft washers and squeegees.

The second one is by using the Reach and Clean method which is by using a Water-Fed Pole that allow us to reach up to 3 stories or 40 feet high. This allows us to clean your windows safely. Therefore, ladders are never use.

We are using a revolutionary method of cleaning windows, which is safer, long lasting, and produces better results! Water Fed pole systems allow us to continue guaranteeing one-of-a-kind results, while eliminating hazardous chemicals and unsafe factors!

Water fed pole window cleaning is a soapless method of cleaning windows. Tap water is filtered through a pure water system and completely purified, which is then fed through a tube, attached to a brush at the end of a pole. The brush is used to scrub the glass; it lightly agitates the surface and dirt breaks down. The pure water will attract the dirt and lift it from almost any surface, eliminating any need for soap, leaving your windows streak-free and shining.

We use a Water Purification System. The outcome is a 100% Purified H2O which contains Zero 0 ppm (parts per million) ,which means zero sediments, minerals or chemicals. The H2O is measured by a TDS Tester.

This method of window cleaning completely eliminates detergents, soaps, and chemicals. We can guarantee no chemical or mineral damage is left on your property and make certain that all of our actions are environmentally friendly.

TDS stands for Total Dissolved Solids. These solids are in a form of salts, minerals and organic compounds such as iron, calcium, magnesium, sulfide, and sodium chloride as well as other sources like pesticides, fertilizers, old piping or salts from running off from roads which can be found in groundwater.

We use a 100% biodegradable soap which means that it is capable of being decomposed by biological agents like bacteria. It is a free-stain soap and non toxic to plants, humans and animals.

Yes, we are fully insured and licensed. A Certificate of Liability Insurance can be provided upon request.

Yes, you can set you regular schedule weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, twice a year or yearly. We will contact you ahead of time to to confirm the appointment prior the scheduled date. We keep an eye on the weather. If rain is in the forecast, we may contact you to reschedule the service. For commercial accounts we allow at least 3 to 5 days around the scheduled week of service which allows us to complete the service before or after it rains, e.g. if the scheduled service falls on the last week of the month and it is expected to rain for several days, we will reschedule service to an earlier or later date.

Due to the fact that all windows come in different shapes, sizes and styles, the best answer is with an estimate on premises; that is, we asses the price on location. You don’t have to be present as long as we get your permission to walk front back and around your house or building.
